Christian Wilkins per Dan Brooks

I asked Coach Brooks about Wilkins, and he said Wilkins reminds him of Shaun Ellis, who played for Brooks at Tennessee. He said Wilkins has blown people away during the summer drills session, and then said that the plan is - of course - for Wilkins to start inside. But Brooks said Wilkins has the athletic ability to play at DE and he would not surprised if - like Ellis - he goes out there to help. Said we'll have to wait on fall camp to see.

Good post ... 5* power and speed ... if he is faster on the edge than the rest of ends. Then play him. Play him on passing downs. I hope to see 4/5 de that can dominate! No let down. Reader/ ?? will be the guy that will demand 2 team. Watkins/Pagano play the other DL. Who will play with Reader at the nose?

This is good info. and I also think Reader will be double teamed and Pagano and Wilkins share time at DL.
