Two cops vs. a ####### with a pocket knife. It seems that one cop could fire the Tazer and the other would still have a gun at the ready if things went south.

I had to google what pronoun to use. Non binary individuals prefer their. Plus the article was very catious not to use his or her, so I really didn't know.

have just bum rushed that dude while Olivia was distracting him.
it definitely seems as though there were other optoins here. but I know..this person wasn't listening to instructions. they had a weapon. and so on. I seem to recall a dude in Florida and murdered two people, harmed another and was eating someone's face off when the cops arrived, and they didn't kill him
