Yeah I say do your best to get this kid. Great talking point plus he looks like he can play.

Check his video from today...

At the AAU Nationals:

He is from Senegal where Sidy Djitte is from. Maybe they know each other. Can you imagine that frontline in few years? :)

would love to see this, even if he can't play

Jul 24, 2014, 10:47 PM

a little extra attention for our team wouldn't hurt. And who knows, maybe Brownell can coach him up

Clemson Football, the glory days are here!

By all indications, he can play

Jul 25, 2014, 7:58 AM

With Brownell's ability to improve players, this guy can play in the NBA.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

watch the film, he's a pretty good player.

doesn't seem goofy or slow like most guys that size.

At 7'5", just what would he need to be coached to do other than walk around under the basket. Get in the paint, out the paint. Hold hands up high in front of basket on defense. ;) ;) :)

On Point. I agree 100%. He plays with a little authority from what he has been coached with. With that sides in a league of unheard of big men with his sides, he doesn't have to do much to look great. He looks like a college freshman playing in a middle school league.

Can He Help Play Tight-End?? Redzone Situations Only??***

The sad thing is... my initial reaction to seeing the headline was, " How the he!! is our quarterback gonna be able to see over a 7'5" center?" Then I realized I'm an idiot and that even though it's almost football season, everything doesn't revolve around football.

Tacko, great offer. Come on be a Tiger and experience the greatest family college has to offer. This is not to mention a great coaching staff and support group found anywhere. As an old Tiger I hope to live long enough to see you on the court at Clemson.

I like the sweet jump he has for a seven footer. Once he add the old skyhook to his game, he will be a force inside. We land this guy with the sharpshooter coming to Clemson, Clemson basketball arena will have standing room only with most games. Two years together and the ACC Championship will be their to loose. You can bank on that.

Probably really raw and a bit clumsy, but at 7-5 he

Jul 25, 2014, 1:02 PM

could probably contribute just due to extreme size.

He's still young learning to use a grown man body. He will develop and mature enough to use his oversized frame once he coached at a higher level. I'm sure their other muscles haven't been develop enough or haven't had the right S & C program to enhance his overall game. High schools don't have the equipment, nor the funds or elite coaches to build a complete player of his sides. If so that coach or trainer wouldn't be working at a high school level. I'll bet you on that. They'll move or be pulled to a higher level where the money is. The resources isn't there at this level in his career.
