Charone Peake has really evolved his game as a difference

maker since the start of the season. He's been on a tear making critical first down catches and keeping drives alive, on top of the awesome blocking he brings. While not necessarily highlight reel stuff, he's one of the most important improvements this team has seen as the season has unfolded.

I think they found the right role for him now. He is more of a catch on the run and go fast guy... whereas when Mike Williams went down they tried to get him to fill that role and that just isnt the strongest part of his game.

tempo and flow that Ellicott have been calling this year and how they've utilized the right personnel in the right ways. Peake has shown great hands and length on many of the recent 3rd down conversion plays. Hopefully that will keep feeding his confidence.

I would love to see him lay out on some passes. Sometimes it looks like he gives up on the throw.

I think he's a good player and playing well but he's not a difference maker yet if he does then we cold win it all.

Seems to be filling the role of Jaron Brown, instead of the role we thought he would be like M. Bryant
