Chad Morris

I have decided after a year of football, it is is clear that Dabo knew what none of the arm chair qbs did. (You guys know who you are). Promotion from within was not only ok it was better. Wish the chad well but I will take our co ordinators any day.

We definitely seem to be doing well with Elliott and Scott.***

How do you keep Gamecocks out of your yard?

Coordinators get ton of credit

But our recruiting is big too. From Watson to Scott to Gallman to Hopper to Thompson to Peake....my fingers are getting tired. ScottElliott have a huge amount of talent to work with. That helps them make a few mistakes and still look great. Like the decision to run wishbone too early, or whatever. They've got so much talent to cover the blemishes.

I think the co-coordinator setup is almost ideal. Having the playcaller in the booth seeing the defense from above is good, but then to also have a coordinator on the sideline to get in the players faces when they need it is good. I think it is a really good setup when you have the right people and that setup is 13-0 so far.

Give credit to the two young men who share this responsibility. They must respect and love each other to be successful. The ego is a nasty thing to handle and they have done that with class and humility.I think the leadership of the head coach also has allot to do with making co-anything work. Lets admit that we have a great coaching staff!

I feel bad for Chad; I thought in his 1st year, if he could go 6-6 then pose
himself for a possible 8 win season in 2016. Bigger and better things were
soon on the way. But now, after a 2-10 season. I'm not sure they made any strides
at all. It could be a set back for him, and SMU. Right now, looks like he may
have made a mistake leaving, sorry....just my 2 cents.

Good job by Elliot and Scott, like u said.
