As many of you may have seen, Twitter is alive with rumors that offensive coordinator Chad Morris might be one of two finalists for the job at Vanderbilt. Earlier this week, our sources were very forthcoming in that he hadn't interviewed for the job and that was the case as of late Tuesday night. However....those same sources are now tight-lipped.....part of that could be because the coaches are on the road recruiting, but this also in my opinion gives some credence to what Twitter is saying. If and when we get something concrete, we will let you know.

Well, the thing about having "sources" that you trust is that you don't go telling the world who they are. Do that once, and your sources dry up.

Coots already do deal with him, doesn't seem to be a problem unfortunately. I still don't buy any of these rumors anyways.

I just can't relax until this is over.
Truth be known, Vandy will not hire Morris. He's just a fillin for interviews to make it appear they've done a complete candidate search.
It might be a good job for him though. You only have to win four or five conference games to make a bunch of doctors and teachers happy.

up for failure considering the unparalleled success they've had the past few seasons. Jimmies and Joes are a lot harder to come by up there and Chad's system needs star quality to win ballgames.
I'd rather see Chad land a head coach job at a program in a better position to succeed than Vandy offers.
