Joe Mixon and some others that were involved in violent crimes were not invited by the NFL. The suspicion by many journalists is that the NFL is not doing this to make some kind of moral stand, but rather to avoid the media scrutiny and embarrassment that would come from putting these guys back in the spot light at the combine.
