Best remedy, if any, for when your back locks up. My entire left side just went into a knot, now able to straighten up after waiting a couple of minutes. TXTF is in ATL, not Bodymore, so he was not involved in me not standing up.

Supermans, Hamstring stretch, walk. Also, get a foam roller and roll it and get a small ball (lacrosse works well) and lay on it to roll out any knots.


Motion is lotion...gotta move to make it better. My back never started getting better until I started making it a priority to take care of it.
