Nailed it. The question is not whether the ACC is hot garbage, which most of us don't defend, but whether the SEC is warm puke, which none of their moron fans will ever admit.

Close games against other bad teams. When you lose bad games against bad teams it makes your conference hot garbage. Pretty confident the AAC is a better conference than the ACC. All that to say who cares because Clemson would and does dominate all conferences and teams. We would be the exact same in any conference.

Yes, our 6-6 teams are on par with other 6-6 teams in the G5 and P5. Yea.
Would be nice to have a few 'good' teams in this conference. Like a Memphis or Cincinnati - both of which are superior to UVa, VT, or UNC or any other team you might consider a #2 in the ACC.

But that makes ZERO difference to me as long as we do what we do. I could care less if any of the conference wins a single bowl game. Our trophy case looks the same either way.

ACC is not great....but seems most conferences have only a couple of really great teams. Many poor to average teams in each conference.
And you can talk rankings per conference .....but once you get above 10....those teams are not in the same league. Any of them could beat the other....my college pickem proves that.

The PAC12, BIG12 and ACC are all horrible - UTAH almost made the CFP and OKLA did? Joke
Clemson just took down the mighty Big10 (maybe, depending on MI, MINN, WISC today). We'll find out if that was also a 1-team conference
That leaves the SEC, where I'd say UGA, FLA, AUB are very good but not great teams. Certainly better than any other ACC team. Only a healthy BAMA could have made the CFP #4 competitive, but that ship sailed long ago.
I think the 2 best teams made the final. LSU's resume needs no rehash. If Clemson beats 13-0 OSU and 14-0 LSU to go 30-0, nobody can credibly use the ACC argument anymore
