California Ruling

Oct 3, 2019, 8:35 AM

We talk about college football, but what will be the effect on basketball, basketball, soccer, tennis, etc. Would not high school sports have to follow suit? How about AAU? How about agents for high school players? Should players that go pro but don't do well return to the college ranks if they haven't used up their allocated years? Just wondering....

It's going to shake things up. I think you will see players as young as 14 starting to hire agents. I think you will see tennis, baseball, soccer players not making millions, but hosting their own camps and providing their own lessons to younger athletes.
