No. Too many unknowns can happen in future not to be prepared. We know the top QB is going pro after 3 yrs. Injuries happen, including season ending injuries. There is Always some one better than what you currently have. That's why records are broken.

At some point we may have enough great QB's. But not yet. Dabo is always planning for the future. He does not want to rebuild, he wants to reload. You do that by having a stable of triple crown winners.

I'm not positive but I believe he was asking if we have too many good QBs for the kid to choose Clemson.

Obviously we have already offered, so Clemson is pursuing the player.

It could because DJ could have still have 2 years left to play. Heck with the transfer portal we may be short on QB by the end of spring.
