CDS talks about building a sustainable "program" not a team

and this is how you do that, look at what Chip Kelly did at Oregon, and what has been done since he left - one coach leaves and they promote the next guy and he promotes the next guy and so on. The system stays intact that way, there is a sense of stability and loyalty it creates for the "program" it helps in recruiting because its not as much about the coach - its the system, its the school its the program.
