Bryant vs Hurts vs TEAM

Not my decision to make and although I do not agree I will try not to criticize. What is the difference in the QB situation at Clemson vs. Alabama?? Starters who have essentially done "nothing wrong" get beaten out by a teammate who is playing better at this point in time. One stays, one is reportedly to transfer. What happened to fighting through adversity? What happened to no "I" in team? I don't like the selfishness on display in this situation. I wasn't raised to QUIT.
