Anybubby here have a Chromebook, specifically an HP?

Dec 17, 2018, 3:07 PM

and even more specifically, an HP Chromebook 14? TU or TD for general bullshittery?

Thinking about getting 1 or 2 for the kids. Def for LilGUAR#2, and LilGUAR#1 already has one from school but it's locked-down outside of what is assigned or allowed by the school...so might get her a 'personal' one.

Mostly, i just need them to GTFOff of MY computer all the time.

Bruh, your kids are too advanced. Laptops at that age will

just lead to excessive pornography and carpel tunnel syndrome, not to mention tennis elbow for the little one. You should just get them a Bible and some cardboard boxes to get creative with.

kids had cheapazz chromebook moved to surface pro

Dec 17, 2018, 3:20 PM

chromebook had no memory so they couldnt play any games etc. I know minecraft would not work on Chromebook.

Surface pro has been good for both school and games. They do not "game" they just play games.

Fortnight is the most advanced thing they play.

They are 11 and 13

I can't speak to the HP Chromebook, but I can recommend this

Dec 17, 2018, 3:32 PM

When used in conjunction with a rolled up magazine to help 'guide' your children towards a proper set of computing tools.

ringofhonor-rhtig.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Do you roll up the magazine to help cushion your knuckles?***

Dec 17, 2018, 3:35 PM

badge-ringofhonor-clemsonsteve02.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

No, you strike with the magazine and save your knuckles.

Dec 17, 2018, 3:36 PM

You really don't want to be doing amateur surgical procedures for fun if your hand is damaged.
