Usually he is pretty stoic on the sidelines, but this year he is considerably more animated. He is coaching positions of the players on every play and you can hear him yelling different instructions. It'll pay off in the next few years.

I agree about him coaching every possession. He also seems to be in their faces more as they come to the bench. The guy wants the team to improve and he wants to win.
