How many more years of excuses are we going to have to endure? The bottom line is that Brownell can't do the job. All he does is stand on the sideline and yell. Does he not go to practice? The team should know what to do at game time. In the FSU game, the team looked totally disorganized, just running from place to place, not really guarding anybody, and leaving FSU players open. When they come down on offense, two players will go to the corners and just stand there. A player standing still is a little easier to guard than one that's moving. People talk about lack of fan support. People aren't going to pay their money to watch games where the team gets blown out, and the coach is clueless to fix the problem. Brownell can blame everything on covid, but a well-coached team would not have collapsed like this one. This is not a well-coached team. In fact, they don't even look like a coached team. They look like a bunch of guys playing pick up games. It's time for Brownell to go! Bring in a real coach who has some fresh ideas. One who will take some responsibility for the way the team plays.
