Brisket update...

3 hours in. 148 degrees so far, rising slowly.
4 beers consumed, all jai alai. Thinking of Naturdays soon.
Some good stuff on Sirius XM this weekend (guest dj's and stuff)

Birds have moved into my birdhouse, which is good. I believe robins. But several Coopers Hawks
have been spotted, who will make a tasty meal of the little chicks.

when it hits 160 i'm to flip and 2 more hours on other side.

Will be 7 spots by 10 tonight
