Back many years ago, this girl I was dating was looking through my Myspace page and notice he was one of my "friends". Trying to impress her, I told her he actually was a friend and I'd known him since his SNL days. This girl was quite gullible, so while a little skeptical, she sort of believed me. I wrote him a message, explaining the situation and that he could probably help me out in closing the deal if he'd give her a call and verify my story. No joke - the next day I got a message from him, asking for her number. And he actually did it - called and spoke to both of us for a few and went along with the whole thing. I kid you not.
