Boy, one would think Louisville won listening to some....

Oct 3, 2016, 1:30 PM

of these so called experts. Mark May is an idiot as he apparently forgot we had 5 turnovers, two of which were when we were going in to score. But Louisville's three turnovers were more crippling I guess????? Heather Dimwitch took the cake though by saying in a report after the game (yes AFTER the game) that "the ESPN FPI Index shows that "if" these teams played on a neutral field, Louisville would win by 2." WOW. They just got finished playing the game for REAL and she says that???????? CLEMSON WON folks. Get used to it.

Honestly without the crowd I doubt we would have pulled it out. But is what it is and the game is over... lets go Tigers!

Prior to the game the FPI had Louisville with a 64% chance of winning Saturday night. Just goes to show you how flawed it is.

Brad Brownell: more losses than any other coach in school history.

They forgot about the other 36%.

given a 36% chance doesn't actually prove anything. I watched 15 minutes of the WSOP on ESPN last night and saw pocket 9s beat bullets heads up. That happens roughly 19% of the time.

FPI is chicken chit. It still has Louisville at #2 and FSU is somehow still #6. FPI is a complete joke

FSU is still 6th because they were #1 in the preseason and

FPI, for some reason, never entirely phases out a lot of the things that go into preseason rankings. That's the part of the FPI that i think is dumb.

I understand why Louisville is still 2nd though. They murdered FSU (and their other 3 opponents), and they won't be punished in this type of metric for losing to us on the road by 6.

Didn't FPI have Oklahoma ahead of us after playoffs last year? More like BSI. The home field advantage is considered around 3.5 points. Only site I saw that listed teams had our home field advantage at 3.67 through 2015.
We covered that and the spread. They can believe what they want.
