Bourbon Drinkers

Just tried the Basil Hayden’s. No burn at all which freaked me out bc I wasn’t use to that, I’ve recently just got a bottle of Belle Meade sour mash and with a little splash of water I’m digging it. It’s also good neat. Looked for the Four Roses Single barrel which is what I was initially after but no luck.

Oh.... I know. Buffalo Trace is my regular go to. I was wanting to try some different bourbons though.

If you can get your hands on any of the Weller bourbons from Buffalo Trace, they are great for the price. The Special Reserve and Antique 107 are $25-30 and have been pretty available. The 12 year and the higher priced Antique collection stuff are extremely hard to find and often marked up high. Also, I really love Eagle Rare!

Try Elmer T Lee if you can find it.

Jefferson’s Ocean is my favorite so far. Blanton’s is great but hard to find. As far as more common bourbons go I like Woodford Reserve, Buffalo Trace, and the Four Roses Single Barrel.
