He's a stand up guy and wouldn't leave such a great place....YET. He's built this offense to win championships and isn't going to leave it behind. His daughter hasn't graduated yet and he said he wouldn't leave until she does. He wants to use his QB in waiting (The other Chad) once Boyd departs for the NFL NEXT year. My bet is the DC from the Titans will take the job at Texas Tech. HE contacted THEM for the job. Agreed. Plus Texas Tech AD Kirby Hocutt left GSP to interview Gray after visiting Morris. He has a foundation in Lubbock and would love a reason to bail from the Titans before they make their end of year firings. It'd be great from him to leave on his own terms.
