I'll probably get hammered again for this but I believe Simms would have had a breakout year last season if Skara had not returned. Simms worked all summer to be in the starting position and when Skara was allowed to return in August, I think Simms may have been a little bummed out. I have no intel. It's just my opinion.

They both started. I think he deferred to the seniors over looking for his own shot. That will be different this year.

this is a much more athletic team across the board than we have had in the past. let's see if Brownell can do something with that, or stubbornly sticks with his motion offense.
