Biggest political issues facing the country

Sep 17, 2020, 11:52 AM

Big tech censorship and immigration. Immigration especially if Biden is elected. what websites like twitter are doing regarding censorship and their so called “fact checks” is insane. Conservative opinions are being censored like we’ve never seen

200,000 dead from Covid in less than 6 months.

Sep 17, 2020, 12:03 PM

All of the polling shows that to be the case.

I have seen no polling that shows "censorship of conservative voices" is anything other than a Trump talking point.

Recently, the Chinese Virologist had her Twitter account cancelled, facebook and instagram deleted her videos, facebook and you tube continues to delete videos by Doctors that post information about treatments and opinions (and I could go on and on) all because it doesn't match the Liberal and Socialist agenda.

As fas 200,000 deaths, start comparing apples to apples - deaths per 100,000 population then you can worry about the other countries doing much worse. Watch some other news besides the democratic state run news agencies. It may be enlightening.

We're 7th in deaths per 100,000, which is bad.

I guess 7th worst is the worst according to you, CNN and the Liberal Democrats. Where I come from that means there a 6 countries worse and how many (like Russia and China to name 2) are really reporting the correct number of deaths. Wait a minute, the Doctor that said he was being told to add COVID to none COVID desths at his hospital had his interview pulled from facebook and you tube. So who can you really believe.

Where I come from, 7th worst means we rank behind 188 other countries.

smoke,

I am uneasy about a number of censorship issues, but I am also concerned about people (including foreign powers) deliberately spreading false & misleading stories.

How do we strike a balance between those two concerns ?

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

The deficit. Especially if we ever achieve consistent

Sep 17, 2020, 12:31 PM

4 or 5 percent growth which would cause interest rates to rise on our debt.

Aren't you one of those that is repeating the insinuations that Biden is a pedophile?
If not, I would be surprised, as you do often regurgitate the lies of TheRump, FoxFakeNews, Lying Limbaugh, OAN, QANON, etc.
You really need to check some credible sources.

Duh, you are wrong again!

2 of 3 American voters believe ABC, CBS, NBC, and NPR . They also know that TheRump has stated over 20,000 documented lies in 44 months.
And they know that FoxFakeNews repeats every lie by TheRump spews, approximately 20 times per day, so that cultists think that statements from TheRump sound true. But y'all have to know when he is caught lying about C-19, or grabbing them by the pxxxy, or the perfect phone call. Y'all just choose to stick your heads up his butte.
And Lying Limbaugh tries to influence the cult and TheRump with his garbage of distortions and plain old lies.
I know y'all cultists must be embarrassed that you were conned by TheRump, but you need to get better sources for your news.
The last GOP quitter from the WH quoted TheRump saying: "There may be a good side to this coronavirus. I will have an excuse not to shake the hands of my slimey supporters."

And, that's what he thinks about y'all. He considers y'all worse than the dead soldiers ("suckers and losers") at Arlington National Cemetery.

And polls show that 2 of 3 military people can't stand TheRump. And 2 of 3 voters won't vote for him.

I am not for tight regulation of communication industries, but there has to be some semblance of political balance. Right now the media, including social media, is riding the edge of govt speech control.

I don't know, I really don't want Zuckerberg to not be able to run his business the way he wants, but there is definitely a problem that needs a solution.
