Best Protein Shake?

You can add some Cabot Low Fat Greek Yogurt with 22 grams of protein per cup with 180 calories if you aren't a vegan.

The Hemp Seed has almost zero sugar and the yogurt has 6 grams per cup. You will have to add some flavor to suit you. I like the yogurt plain, but it's an acquired taste, like a fine wine or IPA.

In addition to the above in the blender, I do a cup of soy milk with a small banana, 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries, flax seed and a 224 gram bag of spinach.

Premier Protein shakes...

You can get them at Sams. They used to be ~$19 for a box of twelve, but I think they're ~$16 now.

They have 160 calories but 30gms of protein with 1gm of sugar. That means 120 of those calories are from protein. They taste pretty good (vanillas my favorite). They have strawberry, chocolate, occasionally banana and at one point had caramel but haven't seen it lately. It was my favorite...tasted like the milk left over after eating waffle cereal.

They're 11 ounces so not very big but obviously pack a punch with protein. They don't have to be refrigerated (though they taste better cold) so you can take them with you on the go and not worry about a fridge for milk or yogurt.

Admittedly it can get pricey if you drink them frequently but they're nice to have when you're in a hurry or need something convenient.
