The intense discipline on and off the field may be a big factor on the move. I suspect he failed a drug test and Dabo nipped that in the bud by offering him the only way out.

What I also don't get is Belk is going to wind up not taking

a single snap in a game this season due to the transfer. That hasn't changed with the new NCAA rulings. And now that a redshirt season is open for 2018 with 4 games played - he can't even do that now there because he still has to sit - period. Every game.
