to the Fyre festival ordeal, because I cannot imagine entering that agreement as it was written. Obviously we're looking at it in hindsight, but man, that had bad news written all over it. Waaaaay more money than sense, methinks.
Like wut?? I use the boat for a couple of years, we sell it, then split the profit? And this is all before the first hull has even been out of the mold, much less been on a sea trial? And not only am I commissioning one boat, but two?

Unless he can explicitly prove the money was used for something else, which seems like it would be hard to do.
Seems like the boating industry is chock full of POS for whatever reason, though. Taking my boat to a new guy in the morning, we'll see how that goes. Decided to ditch the other guy after that beautiful wiring job last summer.
