Why does WCCP have the signing day show at a car dealership?

I've wondered this for what seems to be a few years now. I think it is at George Coleman Ford in Traveler's Rest which is further away from Clemson than their actual studio. Why wouldn't the flagship Clemson sports station set up somewhere on the Clemson campus, the football complex, somewhere in Death Valley? It's just really awkward and not a place that is conducive to walk-ups and crowd interest. Then there are like 10-15 minute segments that are nothing more than a live commercial for the dealership.
I get going to a restaurant or a place with a crowd, but I just don't understand hosting from a car dealership that is an hour from campus.
Does anyone know if there is a story or reason behind this?

Correct...all about the money.
I listen at times to the station but it baffles me that people would drive to a car dealership (or whatever remote) just to sit there and "watch" a radio broadcast.
