I've never run more than a 5K, but I think if I take my time and pace myself, I'd do OK. It's about will power.

The one time I did run a 5K a few years ago, it took me like an hour because I started off too fast, then had to walk most of the last half of it. So I think I'd do better now at this Barkley thing.

It takes you like an hour to finish a 5k, and you say its because you started too fast. Did you start at 4mph? and slowly fall back to 2mph?
