I would spend every minute I could sitting on my patio, drinking beers (alone or not), and listening to music.

Pokerstars and a Zoom call with my poker playing buds.

If it didn't seem like Pokerstars was programmed for action rather than actual randomization of cards, it would almost be perfect social distancing card playing.
