There is no one gathering to watch the final committee selection according to ESPN because this is business as usual for them. All of us unwashed rubes who rarely get to this level are the only ones who are spending time on it I guess.

Clemson, where we have 20,000 fans to come out on a SUNDAY to celebrate the national championship run, or bama, where the overrated team that got smoked in the first round of the playoffs last year demonstrates ZERO excitement over the chance to return and get retribution for a last season's monumental fail?

My prediction? Bama loses in the first round of the playoff AGAIN to Clemson or Oklahoma because those teams have a real OFFENSE, something that bama only faced once this year (resulting in a loss). Their only hope is getting an overrated Mich. St. team that has little offense firepower - just up bama's alley.
