The toe hit first. That’s inbounds. If you drag a toe, inbounds. Same thing. Toe hit first.

Wrong. Dragging the toe means the heel doesn't hit. He was out of bounds.

you can drag just the toe and be in bounds..but touching your toe down doesnt count

Because if your heel comes down OOB in the same motion, it's not a catch. This isn't hard.

If ONLY the toe touches in bounds, it's a catch. If the toe touches in bounds, and the heel of the same foot touches OOB, it's incomplete. It's not a stupid rule...oh nevermind.

Heel only matters if it strikes at the same time. It didn't. This is why why called TO I bet.
