Balancing Strength of Schedule

Wouldn't it be best if we did away with the Conference and everybody was an independent operator with a schedule provided by the NCAA. Then the Group of five would have the same shot as everybody else and you would get TV money because people wanted to see your team and you got ratings.

The NCAA should have nothing to do with Power 5 football.

It doesn't bother you that Vandy or Purdue or Texas Tech are sharing more TV money than Clemson? If we were not defending Champions wouldn't being left out of the playoff be a real possibility with the schedule? My argument is that if you invest and build you should reap the market driven rewards of that investment.
