In his very first game against Oklahoma, he and the rest of the staff built an offense around Cole Stoudt's strengths instead of forcing him to do what he couldn't do. We won in a blowout that nobody, including most Tiger fans, saw coming.

The last two years was a QB-centric offense centered around DW4's playmaking ability. This year, the offense focuses on the running game with KB making the right reads, avoiding negative plays, and getting the ball to whoever has the best opportunity to make a play.

The most impressive thing about Tony Elliott (and Scott and our offensive staff) is how he adapted our offense to the talent we have and the weaknesses of the opposing defense instead of trying to force a specific offensive philosophy.

Maybe it's that engineering background?

I bet this PO's Jeff Scott at least a little bit.***

Is that Ken Hatfield in the back over Tony's right shoulder?

Doesn't look old enough, but resembles him.

Must be
