BV needs a big raise

He is getting a raise but keep things in perspective

No matter how much money you throw at a coordinator it all depends on whether he feels like he wants to be a head coach. If BV wants to be a HC he will become one and probably get an offer similar to CM around 2 million a year.

So giving him a raise to 1.5 million per say will only help as far as him leaving for another DC job which i highly doubt he would. His next move would be to become a HC and we can't pay a coordinator 2+ million.
