...those in our ring of honor are the most logical candidates. Kinard, Fuller, Mr McFadden, Butler, all come to mind. Davis is certainly a good first one for us.

As an long time supporter of the ACC I find a few of the selections for the inaugural ACC Football Legends Class some what dubious. Since this is an ACC Football Legends Class shouldn't the selections have played their collegete ball in the ACC?

Bill Dudley VA 39-41 he is a Virginia legend, but was the ACC created in 1939-41?

George Mira, Miami, Miami was not in the ACC during Mira's playing days.

Mike Ruth, Boston College, same story. BC was not in the ACC during his playing days.

Bruce Smith, VT, did not play in the ACC during his college playing days.

There are diffently ball players from the ACC that should have been considered for this Inaugural Class that played there college ball with a team that was in the ACC at the time. As much as I hate saying it maybe even a player from that other school in South Carolina.
