short time in the Clemson area. Most of that water would run into the old Seneca River Bed, (which is essentially just a long lake), down by the Indoor Practice Facility? I've never really thought about a significant flood there. I guess there is a way to pump excess water up into Lake Hartwell, but I don't know that for sure. Does anyone on here know if there is a system to pump it out under a severe flooding event? Thanks.

All water in the Seneca River is eventually pumped into Hartwell. If the flowrate from the runoff exceeds the capacity of the pumps, water will rise. It has happened before.
