too. They must be considered.
I'm a bit disappointed that the sport can't offer every player a scholarship. That's something we can affect--better talent covers up poor coaching.

I guarantee you that DRad doesn't think Jack Leggett is on such solid footing that he will be at Clemson as long as he wants.

If you knew anything about the AD you wouldn't even ask this question. He was the AD at Georgia Tech before Clemson. Do you know who the head coach at Tech is and how he has done lately? Suffice it to say, Danny Hall has been the biggest underachiever in college baseball for the last 10 years, even worse than Perno. Jack's track record is much better. He has nothing to worry about.

Yeah let's just fire a hall of fame coach that has taken us to several CWS and Super Regionals and has won over 1200 games because had a few "down years" lately (all of which have made the tourney). I'm sure that would be very appealing to other coaching canidates.

evaluated each and every year at the end of the season. Hopefully Radz will objectively evaluate him and not be in awe of him like TDP was.
It may be time to get some new blood injected in to the program. I think things are just "stale" with Jack now. We need to get someone younger, more energetic, and with a more positive attitude than Jack. The program has been in a steady decline last few years. This whole "we're young" is not a legitimate excuse. We're only "young" because of epic failures by Jack and the staff on the recruiting trail and in managing the roster. If we are indeed "young" its because of Jack that we are. So, it all falls on his shoulders.

He shouldn't be fired this season...

But given the collapse in the post season, the clock is ticking for Jack. He and his staff need to get this team and this program performing better in important games. The performance in the ACC tournament and ESPECIALLY the showing today were disgraceful. Today was just unacceptable. We were punked by a mediocre team AT BEST. There is NO excuse for that... even the most kool-aid sodden pumper should be concerned.

that its going to change now. When I think of JL I think of being double dipped by SCU twice to get too the CWS.
