Our DE's are more 3-4 type than 4-3 so I would just go with it. I would also think about moving J.Watson to DE for 3-4 purposes. He seems Like the type that traditional 3-4 teams use in the DE spot (see Steelers). You can tell the other moves here:

DE: Goodman
Crawford
N: Reader (fits to a T)
Williams
Watkins
Jarrett (just to small)
DE:Watson

OLB:V.Beasley (stand him up and let him use his speed)
LB:Steward
LB:Anthony
OLB:Meeks (makes our defense faster)He is bigger and slower than Blanks

Boundary Corner:not sureCDavis,Robinson,Or Peters hot hand plays.
Field Corner: Breeland

Free S: Blanks
Strong S: Townsend (faster and tougher )

It all starts with the DL and since we do not really have any true athletic DE's just line them up over the tackles, move V.Beasley back, move Meeks down and move blanks back to safety to start making plays now

but it wont happen. One of the biggest reasons Dabo wanted Venables was because of his 4-3 base defensive philosophy. Thats the defense Dabo wants so, for better or worse, thats what were stuck with.
