This would not surprise me. I think the whole college basketball system could use an overhaul but doubt this will go anywhere.

It would surprise me if Duke is handing recruits or players suitcases full of cash.

There are all sorts of ways to funnel money to players or families of players that don't violate NCAA rules and Duke has been doing that forever.

Giving the single mother cheap/free housing and an overpaid job they aren't qualified for with a "friend of the program" are old favorites.

The NCAA will do nothing. Basketball is their cash cow. The "one and done" is an insult to college basketball.
