Anyone know why players have multiple school logos on their helmets?

During college football all-star games players have multiple logos on their helmet other than their own school. Anyone know why?

One guy might be friends with some other guys from different schools and they agree to where each others logos. In the 90's you would see even more logos, the entire helmet would be covered.

It's an all star game tradition where the players trade helmet decals, kind of like the pros trading their jerseys after their games. They try and get as many as they can.

They use factory reject helmets during All-star games

I wish our guys would give the small paw logos so we could for ever rid ourselves of the small paw decal inventory. ;)
