Well we've got one. I get a text this morning 20 min before he's supposed to be in that there's been some "infuriating developments" with the house his sister is buying for him that he's going to be leasing (yet needs to be present at the closing for) and I should expect him to be an hour late.
Apparently, a seller who gets a cash offer at full ask 3 days after the house goes on the market isn't all that motivated to have an electrician rewire the house and add 4 circuits.

But I do have a boss lady who complains when people leave work for such events. She will also have 2 dr appointments and 1 dog appointment each week, and take a 1.5 hour lunch each day and tell us she normally only takes a 30 minute lunch.
I'm to the point now I just be like..."I gotta go do this, see you tomorrow".
