basically saying we don't support our team? I think its a slap in the face that they're making this a public thing. Its making us look like fair weathers who won't go to a BCS game just because we lost to SCAR. I think 2011 was a whole different issue since we were playing bad with a good offense coming in. I think if we're playing BAMA or OSU, there will be a turnout and with it being on a Friday, gives more of an opportunity to go. Im definitely not scared of them so I will be there if we get the gig. Lets show them doubters what Solid Orange is all about.

I think it is stupid to tell people to buy tickets till we are in the bowl for sure.
I think as far as sales it is a different world now with many more games on tv. If it is fall out from our recent end of season tribulations that is hard to tell.

geniuses screaming about the sky falling and jumping ship and B) I don't see any problem in using our considerable fanbase to try to lobby for the best Bowl destination we can get. It would be moronic to put our hands in our pockets and go "awwww, shucks, guess we'll just go where ever they wanna send us..."

We have to beg to be selected for the bowl? Just seems weird. And yes I agree, its a different bowl than Peach so Im all for it. Plus the national recognition will be good if we win.

I think what they were saying is that we have brought a large group to the bowl games, but since we arent buying the tickets throw the school/bowl channels, the statistics/data tracking makes it look like we dont buy many tickets.
That it what I took from it.
