Using Google Image search, it leads one to a Wikipedia page which identifies the photo as such:


"Outside Barracks No. 1 at VPI, circa 1905-06". In other words, VPI = Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, or Virginia Tech.


(You'll have to copy and paste the first link below, replacing the word "colon" + brackets + spaces with just the colon mark ":". For some reason, when copying the URL, an emoticon kept popping up there and would not go away!)

Not that the 'tin cans' didn't have their charm (may they R.I.P.), I just can't quite go with them having "style". It's more that they lacked it!
