Good stuff ! !
That funky bass being thrown down at the bridge and then those sexy ladies telling me how many times the Tigers needed to Do It . . . . I wasn't sure what was causing it, but I think it moved a little at the time.

Pretty cheesy in retrospect, but cool at the time! There was also a disco version of the Star Wars theme, too. Disco was king back then! Thankfully that didn't last long!

I'm an old fart but I don't remember that. But when you get old, memory is the 2nd thing to go.

Oh, yeah, I remember this... I had just graduated and had gotten a job in Spartanburg, SC and when this was on the radio it was actually a "top ten hit" on the Billboard chart at the time. Great stuff!

Oh come on --- Back in the day '75 -'79 (my time at Clemson), this was played at The Bookstore, The Corporation, The Library Club, Lamar's -- need I go on? It was a great time to be at Clemson as all the pretty ladies wanted to be seen out on the dance floor. Sure you were turned down some, but the vast majority of girls wanted to dance. I met my wife of 37 years by asking her to dance at a club in Spartanburg. And we still dance when the chance presents itself.

Trying to remember the name of the bar with the disco dance floor in the early 80's that was behind where Tiger Sports Shop is now.

I still have a CD of Tiger Shag (somewhere).
John Waldrop, the former lead singer of the band Brasstown Ball and the person who recorded Tiger Shag, gave it to me a few years ago.

Reminds me of the intro the Tiger Tailgate show back in the Ford early 80‘s years as a kid. Throwing footballs and eating hotdogs in the Littlejohn parking lot with my parents with excitement of the game ahead. Good memories.

Had it on an album of Clemson stuff. Big paw in the middle on both sides, Orange and white. Had Andy Griffiths “What it was was football” on it too.
