Any Juan had a flu shot this year?

They're serious about those this year, and they will kick your #### too.
Evidently they now carry 4 different strains instead of two. My right arm went limp for about 3 hours after the shot. Regained strength in it, but the rest of me was weak too. Better today but I've never had any reaction to a flu shot. I literally drove home one-handed with my nearly limp right arm in my lap.
Anyway, it ain't like the flu shots of the past 2+ decades.

She’s tough and said it didn’t bother her. My arm was like yours and shoulder is still sore. My temperature went up 1.5 degrees. Chills for most of Thursday evening.

Keep an eye on the news. If a person is going through things like the VA, Medicare, or a strict health care plan waiting until then could end up with you as a guinea pig for the first COVID-19 vaccine with the flu shot. The afore mentioned providers may not give you any choice.

I chose not to because I exercise nearly every day, I am healthy eater (for the most part) and supplement vitamins and minerals like a champ.
I am good. If I get the flu, I will beat it and move on. I am also playing the game of all the above, plus mask mandates....I have very little chance of getting it.

I did last Tuesday and had some ill effects but not as bad as you did.

to do them (that's a joke, but they got some super cheapo group to do it. mostly prisoners on work release).
It was slightly sore to the touch for a few days, but I didn't think much of it. I've had shots that were WAY worse.

Was the least painful shot ever. Arm was somewhat sore the next 2 days, but nothing cumbersome.
Did they get it all the way into the bone on ur arm?
