was probably the biggest meet of the year for her. I can't imagine anybody at the SCISA State Championships giving her much trouble at state if she's breaking records(that she already held) and beating girls from strong AAAA programs.

young lady who won only 2 events vis-a-vis this young lady's 3 wins.

Let's see:
1) African-American - check
2) attends public school (rather than private/Christian) - check

OK - the Hillary Clinton political correctness meter appears to be working just fine;

we can go about our business now..... no need for another sit-in or such....

(and for those who are worried, this is at least somewhat tongue-in-cheek and with no personal offense to Ms. Mullins intended - no; just a comment on the greater world about her)

Meh

that award is always a popularity contest unless somebody breaks a state record or something

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

you make my point....

PC is as PC does....

"the new tyranny".

It's not "new"

"most outstanding ..." "most valuable ..." "Heisman trophy" Any award without clearly defined parameters is going to be largely based on opinion and popularity.

Has this ever happened when two white people were involved?

When and how often does it happen? I'm trying to figure out if this just started under Obama.

Some say it was bias against smaller Christian schools. I'm thinking it may have been the work of the devil. A conspiracy against Christians.

Maybe the events that the other young lady won are more popular events. You know if I win the 100/200 and 2nd in the 400 and you win the 1600/3200 and the steeplechase. 3wins vs 2. Everyone loves the 100/200 tho and 400 is popular as well.

Either way it's Clinton or Obama's fault. I always find people to blame my problems on. Things were so perfect before they got involved. I didn't complain about anything. #### liberals.

I just read the article. She did indeed win the MOS. What are you talking about? Did I miss something?

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Yes she did - epi must have misread it

takes a little of the sting out of the political / racial rant.

Looks like Morris won the Most Outstanding "Track" athlete, and Mullins won the Most Outstanding "Field" athlete. I agree though, there is definitely a conspiracy afoot.

Judging by the picture, she could use a couple of cheeseburgers

Well actually Thompson won 4 events and scored more points than any athlete at the meet. But don't let facts get in the way of a good race baiting post
