If Coach Swinney himself isn't that person that he has placed a personal stake in this facility. He just seems like the type of person that would place a significant amount of his own "Skin in the Game" based on his vision for Clemson Football.

He also seems to have an enormous amount of gratitude towards Terry Don Phillips and the BOT for giving him the opportunity to realize his vision. This is the kind of stuff books are written about folks.

...helicopter landing pad. You don't ever have to use it, just having one on the roof (since you're looking down on this from perimeter road) would be a visual cue of exclusivity.

Either way, this place looks nice. Columns look like Sikes and the architecture is consistent with the rest of campus. Hope they make sure that everyone can see this as they drive by.

Also, nervous about building these on the lowest elevation on campus. I know there's no room elsewhere, but one day the fields - and now all these buildings - are going to flood. Just saying...
