Andre Ellington

Dec 23, 2013, 10:36 AM

I see Arizona Cardinals are using Ellington a little more, but you would think he would get the starting nod or atleast try it out. He has around half the touches of Rashard Mendenhall, but there is only around 20 yards difference between their total yards.

Evidently they worry about his duability. Saw an article where he will be used more as slot receiver....

I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message.

A lot of discussion out here about it

Dec 23, 2013, 12:19 PM

coach wants to get him more touches but wants to do it in the passing game. Move him around a bit. I while i usually shrug off the durability comments, i have noticed that staying healthy does not seem to be as easy as it once was, with the size and speed of these guys. (note CJ) We love Andre out here, and as long as we are winning and he is healthy and a big part of it we are ok. On another note, it looks like we could go 11-5 and miss the playoffs. Anyone recall that ever happening? Merry xmas from the desert!

11-5 and missing playoffs

Dec 23, 2013, 1:15 PM

Didn't that happen to the Pats a few years ago too.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Wouldn't 11-5 mean you beat the 49ers

Dec 23, 2013, 1:19 PM

And pushed them out of the playoffs?

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Yep..as bias as the Bills were. Must be a Clemson thing?***
