Amari Rodgers

Is quickly becoming the CW42 type leader for the offense. That’s my opinion but I think he has all the qualities and seems to be excited in general about all the new players coming in.

"I love this place, I've got a spot already picked out where I want 'em to put me when I die - up there on that ole hill near the stadium. I want to be there so I can hear all them people cheering my Tigers on Saturdays; then I won't have to go Heaven; I'll already be there."- Frank Howard

Thought he wouldn't be back till around mid season

Is he ahead of schedule?

Participation without losing a 'red shirt' opportunity. It's like a MLB team pulling their top-rated player up from the minors for the last month...and then playoffs, if they're there.

Remember when Carlos Watkins (right?) returned for the stretch in '15 or '16, giving DT depth. Skalski on the field in the CFP last year? The players get the all the practice reps...ease into some 'trial by fire', then are available for the biggest games of the year, all while building strength without the wear and tear their teammates are feeling. This year, it's Amari and...while not of the exact same circumstance, Galloway, too. The opposition is like,
