who finds the ticket and parking website difficult to navigate? For the second year in a row I had to phone IPTAY to confirm my ticket assignment. I just couldn’t find it on the site. Frustrating.

I'm a software developer, and in my professional opinion their website is neither obvious nor intuitive--especially when it comes to trying to find one's ticket and parking assignments. They're almost an afterthought. Trying to find the "Clemson Ticket Marketplace" is similarly non-intuitive. Their internet presence has gotten much better in the last 5 years but still leaves a lot to be desired.

but it's navigable.

clemsontigers.com -> IPTAY -> My Account -> Order History -> IPTAY Parking (the parking identification is cobbled into ticket format) or -> Full Season (for ticket assignments).
